Beach Title Services, LLC, opened in 2005 and has remained dedicated to making your residential and commercial real estate transactions problem-free. We can assist you from start to finish with escrow services, title searches, title insurance, 1031 exchanges, real estate closings and more.

Our staff includes attorney Richard Colbert, Bonnie Smith, Pamela Henry, Lynn McLane, Sharon Kuhlman and Linda Mullins, all committed to making your closing as smooth as possible.

Richard Colbert has been practicing law for over twenty-five years. He received his J.D. degree in 1985 from Florida State University College of Law. Richard is a member of the probate and trust law sections of the Florida Bar, State Bar of Georgia and Alabama State Bar. He is also a member of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association, Florida State University Law Review and the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.

Richard has experience in a variety of real estate transactions including:

Bonnie Smith, born in Alabama, moved to the Emerald Coast in 2002 after graduating from Auburn University. She joined the company’s Fort Walton Beach office as an escrow officer in 2007. Bonnie, a Florida licensed title agent, brings seven years of experience in the title industry.

Pamela Henry, our escrow officer in the Pensacola market, has been in real estate for 20 years. She has been closing loans for the past 11 years. Her specialty is residential real estate, but she also has experience with commercial loans.
